Overview

This is the official website for the recording artist RED T7GER (redt7ger.com). It is a static, personal artist site. It currently does not run ads, does not use analytics or tracking pixels, and does not set marketing cookies. If any of this changes, this policy will be updated before those technologies are added.

What Information Is Collected

The site collects information in two places only:

• Contact form. When you submit the form on this site, you voluntarily provide a name, email address, subject category, and message. This data is sent to Formspree, a third-party form processor, which forwards it to the RED T7GER inbox so the message can be read and replied to.
• Server logs. The hosting provider may log standard request data (IP address, user-agent, timestamp) for abuse prevention. RED T7GER does not access or process these logs for marketing purposes.

How That Information Is Used

Contact-form submissions are used only to respond to the inquiry you sent. They are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing. They are not added to any newsletter list. They are not used to train any machine-learning model.

Third-Party Services

• Formspree — processes contact-form submissions. See Formspree's privacy policy.
• Etsy — product images on the merch section are pulled from the public RED T7GER Etsy shop (RedTigerUnlimited) for display. Clicking a product opens the listing on Etsy, which is governed by Etsy's privacy policy.
• Streaming and social platforms — links to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, SoundCloud, and X open in a new tab. Once you leave this site, those platforms' privacy policies apply.

Analytics and Tracking

This site currently uses no analytics software, tracking pixels, or advertising attribution tools.

In the future, privacy-respecting analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics or Google Analytics) may be added to understand organic search traffic and site performance. If that happens, this policy will be updated to name the tool, describe what is collected, and explain how to opt out.

If advertising attribution pixels (such as the Meta Pixel) are ever added for campaigns that direct traffic to this site, this policy will be updated to describe exactly what is tracked, for what purpose, and how you can opt out or request deletion of any data collected. RED T7GER's current ad campaigns send traffic directly to streaming platforms and external stores — not to this site — so no such pixel is in use today.

Cookies

This site currently does not set any cookies. If analytics or advertising attribution tools are added in the future (see Analytics and Tracking above), a notice will be displayed and this section will be updated to describe the cookies used, their purpose, and duration. Third parties you click through to may set their own cookies regardless.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information through the contact form, contact us and the message will be deleted.

Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have submitted through the contact form. To exercise these rights, send a request through the contact form or DM @red_t7ger on Instagram. Requests are handled within 30 days.

All content on this site is © 2026 RED T7GER. All rights reserved. That includes the RED T7GER name, wordmark, tiger logo, artist photography, single and album cover artwork, recorded music, lyrics, and the design and copy of this site.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, sell, or use any of this material commercially without prior written permission. You may not use the RED T7GER name, likeness, or marks for endorsements, merchandise, advertising, or resale. You may not use this material to train or fine-tune any machine-learning model or generative system.

Merchandise

Official RED T7GER merchandise is sold exclusively through the RedTigerUnlimited Etsy shop. Purchases, returns, shipping, and disputes are governed by Etsy's policies.

Content on this site is provided "as is" for informational purposes. While effort is made to keep it accurate, no guarantees are made about completeness or timeliness. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.

This site links to third-party platforms. Those sites have their own terms and policies. RED T7GER is not responsible for their content or practices.

These terms and the privacy notice may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
